2021: 
→ It's a really tough year. My gma dies
→ 2 weeks later my father in law dies
→ Major best friend breakup (devastating).. I lose my sparkle
→ We close FSC's performance agency (RIP pre ios14 era 💔)
→ Launch version one of a paid community, Hype Club
→ My nervous system is fried 

2022: 
→ Publish a best selling book
→ Win Young Aus of the Year UK 
→ Meet the King of England at Buckingham Palace
→ Move home to Aus. 
→ My health is out of control, idk what's going on

2023: 
→ 150k people in tech get laid off and we lose 99% of our brand deals
→ Thinking about calling it quits
→ There's a drama lama blowup on linkedin that I'm the centre of
→ Leads to a mostly all-male pile on of trash trolling
→ Think I have depression 
→ Get diagnosed with ADHD
→ Start coaching earlystage founders
→ Start working with retainer clients
→ Launch new digital program + community
→ Sparkle comes back! 

2024: 
→ Said drama lama blowup leads to my tiny lil podcast becoming a Techstars portfolio company 
→ +$120k USD funding
→ Close coaching, retainer clients & digital products

2025... Everything starts to click into place. Finally. 
→ Try and fail to build tech.. reminded why tech is not my strength lol
→ Sign with a talent manager
→ Brand deals are back
→ Get accepted into World Economic Forum's YGL '25
→ 750+ eps on the pod 
→ 160k ambitious women in our universe 
→ Buy our dream beach house 
→ Travelling the world interviewing the most interesting people on the planet
→ Officially completely cooked my adrenals + nervous system, fml. Forced hermit and hibernation mode. 
→ Launching our premium, private network for Founders, Creators & Execs 💗

It never happens “overnight”. There's a million ups and downs along the way that we don't see in the highlight reel. 

The messy middle, the unlimited pivots, the crippling doubts, late-night anxiety on repeat and the negative inner voice that's got a 36 year track record of being an absolute B***h.
