Whether you’re new to entrepreneurship or a seasoned trooper, you probably know by now that you’ll be required to wear many hats on any given day.

The million-dollar question in my mind remains: how (on earth) do you juggle it all? It’s all well and good having to play it all - but how do you have the capacity to play it all well? Read on for some proven strategies you can use to deal with that overwhelm:

• Priorities ☝️ list down all of your to-do’s and determine what is truly important and what can wait (get started with the most urgent)

• Delegate 👯‍♀️ learning to let go of the reigns on tasks that can be easily delegated will be the smartest thing you will ever do as a founder

• Tools tools tools 🛠️ many smart people out there have gone through the struggles you’re going through and created tools to help manage it all (thank you, smart people!) check out some of our faves that will literally change your life here 

• Self-care baby 💞 your physical and mental health is the basis of everything you do, get to know and listen to both intimately

• Nope 🙅‍♀️ the word “no” is your best friend (avoid overcommitting by saying no to things that don’t align with your goals & values)

Above all, serial entrepreneur Alyce wants you to “put yourself out there and be prepared to make mistakes”. Play it all, but don’t play it all too seriously. It’s okay if you trip up - you’ll just get right back up.
