Filtering the internet's smartest opportunities you didn't know you needed (yet)...

Howdy chicks!
It’s a BIG DAY for me today… After a quick pause from the podcast, today we’re officially BACK 🚀
I started the Female Startup Club podcast on a gf’s bedroom floor during the pandemic... All I had was my phone, a severe allergic reaction to public speaking and a dream for what I wanted my life to look like one day.
Almost 7 years later the podcast has been on a wild journey. And made dreams I didn’t even know I had come true.
We became a top 0.5% show globally, it got me into once-in-a-lifetime opportunities like meeting the King and Queen of England at Buckingham Palace and the World Economic Forum’s global annual meeting in Davos, winning Young Australian of the Year UK and the impossible-to-get-into business accelerator, Techstars.
I’ve been lucky enough to interview women like Codie Sanchez in front of thousands of women, billionaire Allison Ellsworth, and fragrance icon Jo Malone CBE.. but also former prime ministers, tech billionaires, CEO’s, olympians and 100s of the world’s most successful women in business and female founders.
And like everything… Good things take time to evolve and change.
Nothing moves as fast as we wish it did! #storyofmylifelol
So today after a hot minute off the mic, we’re returning to your ears and relaunching the pod with renewed energy - THE MOST INSANE GUEST LINEUP - and a lot of cheeky surprises for our FSC hype girl listeners (that’s you!!).
Our first chat in the studio is with Jemma Sbeg, founder of The Psychology of Your 20s Podcast. At just 21 years old (!!) she launched a psychology podcast for women that went absolutely bonkers, she hit 100M+ downloads and landed a world-first deal with Netflix (🤯)
I really wanted to know:
→ What success actually does to a high-achieving brain
→ The exact frameworks Jemma uses to change her mind on big decisions (juicy!)
→ And what exactly happened with the Netflix deal
Have a sticky beak and drop into my inbox - I’d love to know what resonated with you!
We’ll be dropping new episodes every week 😍

💰 $15,000 in equity free grants for female founders → Moodi’s back at it again! They’ve got $15k in grants, drop into the comments here to get the deets
💸 $1K + accelerator access (closing TOMORROW) → The Kitty Fund is backing mom-owned businesses with cash + programs to help you actually scale. Low lift, and a super high upside
🧠 $19K+ for neurodiverse founders (closing FAST) → Grants, accelerator, mentorship all designed for founders with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, etc. Proof that your brain isn’t a weakness… it’s literally the edge.
💌 Leave a voicemail for your ex (and it becomes art??) → “Lost Love Hotline” is turning heartbreak into a global archive. Weird, emotional, and kind of genius.
The AI Playbook for Video Teams That Can't Slow Down
Wistia's new AI Video Marketing Trends report shows how marketers are using AI to move faster, improve quality, and extend the life of every video. See how leading teams are driving results without adding more work.

💄 CRM Manager (reactivation) @ IPSY ($95K–$124K, remote) → Turn churn into cash. You’ll own the win-back engine (email, SMS, paid) and bring lapsed beauty shoppers back into the funnel like it’s your personal game.
🍼 Paid Social Content Strategy @ Bobbie ($135K–$160K, remote) → Build the ads everyone actually stops for. Think: high-performing creative across TikTok, Meta, YouTube for the brand rewriting the formula-feeding narrative.
💜 Sr. Creative Director Creative @ Lovesac ($180K–$200K, remote) → Lead the full brand vision and reinvent how creative teams work (yes, AI included). Big “turn storytelling into a growth engine” energy.

🤖 We aren’t “missing” AI… We’re just doing 70% of the unpaid labour that makes it possible. The real flex isn’t getting more women to “lean in'“ it’s redistributing time, capital, and who’s holding the mental load.
👀 A women-only work event just got hit with a discrimination lawsuit (by the Trump administration). The bigger story? DEI is entering its backlash era and even “safe spaces” at work aren’t feeling so safe anymore.
🤑 Funding is down bad… except for women. Female founders in India just pulled $350M in Q1 (+75% YoY) while the rest of the market shrank - capital is quietly shifting toward capital-efficient, problem-first, female owned businesses.
