You know how much I love talking about the money piece... Let's get straight into it for Majic, our FSC community 2.0 👉

I want to put something out in the world that’s as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. Especially if I’m putting something out in the world that has the power to significantly improve the lives of its users (and btw, Majic holds that power). When we were working through the financials, the truth is that it’s near impossible to create something truly Majical without asking for some kind of contribution. So we’ve brought in two different tiers.

There’s the standard tier for $4.99 a month: you get access to ad-free episodes of the podcast and an inspiring community of epic women offering daily encouragement and support. Now, don’t get me wrong we live in a weird world where $4.99 is the price of a coffee, but can also feed a family for the night, so there is no way I’m going to say this is “affordable” for everyone. But that’s how we’re able to make it work for more people, and if you can also make it work then I would be so excited to have you inside Majic and chat with you every day!

You've got to be a tough cookie to work in the cannabis industry. Things are changing ALL the time, and resilience really is key. There's a lesson here that translates to every entrepreneurial journey: check in with yourself. If you're someone that gets beat down by change, or thrown off your centre axis, then it might just be really hard for your mental health. There is no sense in sugar-coating it. However, being able to absorb and react to those blows accordingly, might just be exactly what will set you apart from the competition. Everyone faces failure, the successful ones just didn't quit. Take that fate into your own hands - don't fail until you quit 💫

2. The agony and the ecstasy 🎢

The agony and the ecstasy (and a lot of work) might just be my new favorite way to describe the entrepreneurial rollercoaster. It's not always easy, but it really shouldn't be. Truly caring about your business just so happens to come as part and parcel with feeling all the feels when things go right and wrong. 

So much of what makes a business successful is coming from a place of caring. If we see something, and we realize there isn't this thing that's serving us, and that hurts a little bit... That's where the ✨magic✨ lies. You're leveraging that vibration to put something good out into the world. Leveraging that emotion. Wherever there is empathy there is work to be done, and money to be made. Let that one sink in a second.
