Greetings from LA! I’ll be speaking on the main stage at Create & Cultivate’s Festival for Women this Sunday… interviewing Codie Sanchez in front of 2,000 (!!) people. Holy smokes. Long-time hype-girl, first-time main stage moment.
Codie’s the queen of buying “boring” businesses and turning them into cash-printing machines. Think laundromats, car washes, storage units. You get the gist. She’s built an empire by zigging where everyone else zags, showing women (and the world) that you don’t need to chase flashy startups to build real wealth. It’s strategy, systems, and serious ROI — and we’re getting into all of it on stage.
