⚖️ Workday’s AI hiring tool is getting sued for discrimination. A new class-action lawsuit says its software filters out candidates based on race, age, and disability (and prevented more than 40 people from getting hired).
🧠 Microsoft says workers get interrupted every 2 minutes. Yes, every two. Emails, pings, pings about pings. The modern workplace is one big “Sorry, quick Q?” and our brains are fried. Sounds like opportunity to disrupt…..
